Certainly surpassed our expectations. Definitely a highlight of our vacation. Sharon & Dave seemed like old friends. Warm hospitality, fabulous accommodations. Wonderful gourmet breakfasts and table artistically decorated each morning in different coloured dishes and linens with fresh flowers and candles burning. It was so nice to learn about PEI through Sharon and Dave, and how they are so dedicated to the local businesses and agricultural. Breathtaking views atop their hill overlooking vast forests with muskoka chairs scattered throughout their property for sightseeing. Hummingbirds outside our windows every morning. It was hard to leave, but we certainly hope to revisit PEI and our new found friends

"Sharon and Dave-so thrilled to share this special time with you both. Great place to celebrate my birthday. Everything was perfect. As Ted said, we were so fortunate to find your B&B on the website. We experienced a very memorable holiday and met two wonderful friends. Your hospitality and conversation over your delicious breakfasts was enjoyed by both of us. Great way to start our days. PEI is an island that everyone should visit, but Bonshaw Breezes is a must. Your gardens and decor add som much warmth and comfort. We loved our 2 rounds of golf and thank you for those special extras: chocolates by the bed, soothing salt for my bath and beautiful birthday card and my PEI keepsake. "It was our first B&B experience and we would encourage everyone to experience the special little touches that Sharon and Dave provide for their guests. From the moment we arrived untill we left, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The outdoor hot tub, the comfortable queen size bed, the dinner and delicious breakfast, was just to name a few. We are so glad we stayed at Bonshaw Breezes for my husband's surprise birthday getaway. It was fantastic!"

"Dear Sharon and Dave Please consider this a “letter of support” for the Taste Our Island Award. As you know, we recently spent a delightful 4-day weekend at Bonshaw Breezes, attempting to create “memorable experiences” and celebrate a birthday. Part of any “memorable experience” for us includes good food – and you delivered that with skill and grace. Breakfasts were a cornucopia of healthy, delicious, local foods – ranging from eggs to berries to seasonings from your own garden. The main course, whether egg-based or otherwise, was made with products you had selected to highlight PEI produce. You were an enthusiastic supporter of jams and honeys from the Island, and assured that we had an awareness of where the food we were consuming had originated. When we were seeking good restaurants for supper, you were more than helpful in directing us to and assisting with reservations for restaurants that also promoted PEI produce. And we were never disappointed. Finally, on the “birthday”, you provided a wonderful fresh lobster feed which included delicious potato salad (PEI potatoes, of course!), other salads, and a fresh fruit dessert (with a lovely chocolate brownie for the chocoholic birthday celebrant!). Everything was scrumptious – and the “memorable experiences” we had hoped to create were firmly filed away. | After two mosquito and rain filled days of camping, we arrived at the Breezes and were immediately made to feel comfortable. Sharon and Dave were extremely accommodating; they made sure to pick up a cake for my fiance's birthday, as I wasn't able to come up with one while we were camping. They also let us dry out our wet camping gear in the garage and use their laundry machines to wash our damp clothes.
The food, room, hot tub and view were all fantastic. We can now say with confidence that Bonshaw Breezes is our favourite place to stay on the island!
