Mango Tango Smoothie is tropical tasting...PEI is an island isn't it?
Ingredients
11/2 c (375 ml) milk, chilled
Flesh of 1 large ripe mango, chopped  Start your PEI day with a refreshing mango tango smoothie
1/3c (80ml) frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp (2 ml) fresh ginger grated
1c (250ml) ice
Method
In blender: Puree fruit, ginger and concentrate together until smooth. Add milk, ice and blend together.
